Our Services

Counseling is not a one-size-fits-all experience!!
It requires understanding your specific needs, whether that be individual, couples, addiction, group, or family counseling, we will work together to visualize a plan that meets your unique goals.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a collaborative venture for the client and therapist to agree on goals and determine a course of action for improving mental wellness.

Substance Use Therapy

Substance use disorders affect people from all backgrounds and all age groups. Substance use disorders occur when there is recurrent use of a substance that affects a person’s daily life. Substance Use Therapy involves becoming independent of substance use.

Couples Therapy

The overarching goal of couples counseling is to give you both an opportunity to address challenges you’ve experienced, resolve these issues and move forward into a hopeful future.

Group Therapy

Unlike individual therapy, group counseling sees a therapist working with several persons simultaneously. In this setting, each client not only shares their issues and history of struggle but listens to those of others in the group. Together, with the therapist’s guidance, people in group therapy can discover new ways to address their concerns and learn what has worked or hasn’t worked for others in the past.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a form of therapy used primarily for children. That’s because children may not be able to process their own emotions or articulate problems to parents or other adults..

Family Therapy

Family counseling is often sought after for many different reasons. Whether there is conflict between parents and adolescent children, conflict between adult family members, or a difficult situation has arisen that requires a helping hand to provide reflective feedback, it is important to understand that each member has a voice, and sometimes they may need help learning to use it with other family members.
