Supervised by Carolyn Harrison LPC-S

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Carolyn Harrison LPC-S. I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University (WHOOP!!), and obtained my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. I work as an Elementary school teacher during the day and have experience working in the jail system as a mental health therapist.

My areas of specialization are children, teens, anxiety, relationship issues, and substance use disorder. My passion is working with individuals struggling with substance use. I enjoy working with everyone and would love to welcome you into a safe space. I also work with couples and have completed the Gottman Level 1 training.

The various identities and roles you’ve held in life have shaped your perspective and experience uniquely. Therefore, I mold my approach to your individual preferences and needs, while gently encouraging you to embrace new perspectives. By taking this step towards therapy, you’re already displaying a remarkable strength – one that will pave the way for positive change in your life.

I believe every client is the expert in their own life and should be treated with respect and as an equal partner in the therapeutic relationship. I strive to maintain a fully non-judgmental and empathetic approach. As a therapist, it’s my greatest honor to walk alongside you as we learn and grow together.
